Drake laughed, he laughed extremely hard. He pulled Kailyn into a kiss, not stopping for a few minutes. He savored her rosey scent, and stroked her hair.

Drake pulled away, smiling, and got up from the bed. He walked over to his clothes and pulled them on, then continued to put on his Chain Mail, and then finally, the armor itself. He smiled again, and grabbed Zadric, and put it's sheath on his back, and grabbed his newly acquired shield, putting it onto his arm.

"Well my love, I'm ready to get my ass kicked" He laughed quite literally.

Drake moved to the bed and sat down, using his new pie making abilities to make something to eat. He quickly finished the food he had created, and stretched as he got up.

"Okay... I Lied before, I was starving... NOW, I'm ready."

Tellas nodded his wings strethcing and he quickly checked for his axe. Moments later he gave a slight caring smile, "Alright. Time to see more of the world," he stated and before they left added, "I know it hurts, but you're one who'll only be getting stronger Vera,"

Falks pulled Mira into a kiss. "Of course. Every thing is great."
-=-=-=-=-=

One month later Falks and Mira strolled hand in hand down a street on a warm night, theyre minds still racing from an intense "sparring" session. When they reached the crosswalk, Falks steeled his nerves and fell to one knee. He pulled the small black box out of his pocket and held it up for her to see. "Mira, will you marry me?"

Mira's mind came to a sudden halt when Falks asked her that. She thought of all the moments they had spent together, they didn't agreed about things sometimes but in the end always remained together.

Before she noticed the words left her lips "I... I accept" She then continued "I-I will marry you"

Azrael held the vampire's decapitated head in his hand, its body laying against the wall not too far off. Azrael was soon nearing the prestigious rank of Arch-Crusnik, and he was going to try and hit the rank of devouring ten thousand vampires in one day to seal the deal. Once he did that he had to gain Ascension. He looked around, counting the bodies.

"789, 790, 791, 792! 792 dead vampires." His wings ruffled a bit as he yawned, draining the blood from the head he held. He shedded his coat and shirt, leaving his bare torso with his blood cross chain on. He washed out his mouth with holy water and spat on a vampire's corpse and laughed as its bones eroded. He was in an abandoned church, only accompanied by Robin. She was used to such bloodbaths and quite enjoyed watching Azrael shred vampires. He picked up a skull still red with blood and crushed it in his hand. He opened his hand and in it appeared a black ring with a chrome-like appearance.

"Robin…you there?" He flew over to her and hugged her. "Thanks for not weirding out on me." He slipped the ring on her finger. "What do you think?"

Robin laughed, and hugged Azreal tighter, enjoying the embrace.

"I love it!"

She and Azreal had been traveling around, getting rid of vampires, and she was soon to become a Crusnik herself. Granted, it would only be a psuedo-Crusnik, but eternal life is eternal life.

She embraced him tighter, and kissed him. "Love you Azreal."

Azrael nuzzled her face, hugging her in and French-kissing her slowly. He pulled back and got on a knee.

"This, I planned on. However, you would have needed to marry a Crusnik for your pseudo-Crusnik abilities to come through, through intercourse." He got out a beautifully mastercrafted diamond and gold ring with a blood ruby in the center. "The ruby is of my own blood, but the final process comes after this: will you marry me Robin?"

Robin stood, amazed at the master craftsmanship of the ring, and basically tackled the man that was on his knee infront of her.

"Yes! I can't wait... Why didn't you ask sooner!"

Tears of joy flowed from her eyes, and she kissed him once more, pushing him to the floor, and embracing him as his wings extended to wrap around them both.

He laughed as Robin tackled him to the ground, the pair making out.

"Now, there's one more thing you must do to become a pseudo-Crusnik." He revealed his neck. "You, must drink some of my blood. Then, it will be complete, and we could do…other things."

Robin didn't hesitate, she moved slowly to his neck, and bit down, hard enough to draw blood, and drank it hungrily. She wasn't going to give up the chance to be with Azreal for an eternity, not by a longshot.

She finished, and began to kiss him again, pushing her tongue inside of his mouth.

"Oh Azreal..." She sighed, and laid her head on his chest, not wanting to seperate, and for once, not wanting to do anything, but just lay there.

He flipped her over on her back, his hands holding her hands down.

"Now, to seal the deal, persay, I must take your virginity. No worries."

Spoiler:

"And just like that, you're a pseudo-Crusnik."

The Forbidden Art - Page 17 Empty
PostSubject: Re: The Forbidden Art   The Forbidden Art - Page 17 EmptySat Jan 05, 2013 5:31 pm

"No...it isn’t a weapon of war, it’s a cart. Humans use it to transport things around."
Azirak walked up to the overturned cart with the sort of wonder a small child would show if they found an interesting looking animal. He then turned around to Marnelia.
"…are you sure? Put one of those creatures humans call horses on the front, and have a few mages in this back bit, and it could be pretty lethal."
Marnelia laughed.
"You ought to tell them that, another human weapon, just what we all need."
Azirak nodded slowly. "Yeah, I suppose. Sorry."
There was an awkward silence for a few seconds.
"Its getting dark…want to set up camp here?"
"Yeah, good idea."

________________

Both of them felt a little tired, so they went to bed quite early. Marnelia went to sleep quite quickly, but Azirak found it difficult. This usually would have been normal, as Dynari found it difficult to sleep with the constant electrical charge inside their bodies, but not tonight.
Azirak could hear something. Something he hadn’t heard for a long time…
he carefully got up, making sure not to disturb Marnelia, who was fast asleep right next to him, and walked outside.

Out in the distance, quite far away, but easily visible nonetheless, was a storm. Not a small one either. It was raging far away, forks of lightning shooting down onto the ground below. but it wasn’t just a storm…

It was a large one.

A warp capable one.

One which he could use to return…

For a moment. Azirak wanted to go back. Sure, the grand master would want him dead. But Azirak had too much influence in the kyren…if the kyren were ordered to kill him, they would take his side…he could stage a coup, put down the scum that exiled him here, take over…
"This is not your world." said a voice in his head. "You should return."
Azirak looked up. He wanted to. He was about to fly away, when he remembered something, and it ruined everything.
Marnelia. She had helped him, made him want to live again. Could he really abandon her?
"Of course you can!" The voice growled. "Shes one of them! The pathetic filth that inhabit this world. You want to stay because of her?!?!??"
Azirak looked around at the tent, where he knew that she was sleeping.
He had always liked the naeleshi…since they first met…why?
He had thought about this for several months, but only here, at the time where he had choose between her and coming out of exile, he finally realised.
"I love her." He whispered to himself. It all made sense…how could he have not seen it before?
Could…he bring himself to love someone again? He did once before…and he lost everything. If he lost Marnelia…could he take it?
He was so enveloped in his own thoughts, he didn’t notice someone walk out of the tent behind him.
"Azirak?" Said Marnelia, standing in the tents doorway, a blanket wrapped around her to help keep out the cold. "Are…you alright? You didn’t have another nightmare did you?"
Azirak shook his head, and sat down on a nearby log, watching the storm rage in the distance. Marnelia walked up next to him using a nearby branch to remain balanced, and put her arm around him. "Are you alright?" she said, as she looked up to see the storm. "Did it wake you up?"
Azirak nodded. "I just…needed some time to think."
The naeleshi turned to him? "About what?" Then her eyes widened as she realised that she was being intrusive. "Sorry, you don’t have to tell me if you don’t have to."
Azirak shook his head, and surprised Marnelia by hugging her back.
"Its just…I never told you about that dream I had two months ago."
She looked at him, not speaking, silently asking him to continue.
"I…was younger. I had just joined the kyren, and already I had been marked for great things. I became a lieutenant within two years. I brought down city gangs like the wind blows away sand. I…was going all the way to the top."
Azirak gulped. He had never told anyone this before, and he found it hard to continue. Yet…he did it anyway.
"Then…someone…was taken from me. I…don’t want to say who, but i…was angry. So…angry. In the kyren they teach you to capture rather than kill…but I ignored it completely. I went through the city, and everytime I found someone who was to blame…I slaughtered them like cattle. And I did it well. My kyren training made it easy to hide my actions…"
Tears were running down Azirak's face now, Marnelia was listening intently.
"i…hunted them down…but one…he was…the nephew…of…the master. I was…exiled here…I was…suicidal…I lost everything…and just wanted to die."
Azirak gulped.
"a…and then…I found something that made me want to live again…."
Marnelia looked into his eyes. "What was it?" she asked, but deep down she knew. Maybe she always had.
Azirak looked back.
"…you."
He finally stopped the tears flowing from his eyes.
"Marnelia...I…love…you."
Marnelia smiled.
"I love you too, Azirak~" the Naelashi replied, wrapping her arms around him and laying her head on his chest.

Robin kissed Azreal once more, loving his taste, his feel, his... well... Everything. She quickly got dressed again, no longer feeling as... mortal, as she once did. She got up, and started off with Azreal, her arm around him still.

"Lets go, my Angel of Darkness..."

The Forbidden Art - Page 17 Empty
PostSubject: Re: The Forbidden Art   The Forbidden Art - Page 17 EmptyMon Jan 07, 2013 5:54 pm

After 2 months, June and Vonton had finally tracked down Romanov. Originally, she had been after him to avenge him killing her love, Vladimir. However, as she traveled with Vonton, June's motives changed. She didn't just want to kill Romanov, she wanted to humiliate him. To make him suffer for every evil mage in the world. They tracked him to a local inn. Using her powers, June hid Vonton inside of a mirror while she went to confront Romanov alone.

First, she seduced him. After all, Romanov looked like Vladimir. The egotistical monster fell for her every word. Then, once he completely believed June's sudden feelings, she lured him into the bathroom. Before the pervert knew what had happened, he was being pulled into the bathroom mirror. Against both June and Vonton, Romanov didn't stand much of a chance. In no time, he laid on the floor in a puddle of his own blood slowly dying alone.

June finally warped her and Vonton back to their camp. A look of clear disgust came over her face as Romanov's blood soaked the front of her dress. She cautiously raised her arms to the side to keep the blood from touching her side any more.

"It worked... I can't believe it really worked!" Almost instinctively, June lunged forward and kissed Vonton, accidently smearing Romanov's blood across both of them. "He's finally dead!" She shouted a little too cheerfully, "I can't believe...." Then a thought went through her mind. "Oh gosh.... Romanov's dead...."

June slowly stopped and gave Vonton a look of genuine concern. "We don't have to travel together anymore." June sheathed Vladimir's blood-coated sword and looked down at similarly blood-coated self. What kind of person would want to travel with a woman who looked like this!?!?

"What.... No, uhh...." Her face began to blush slightly as she gathered the right words. "Do you still want to travel with me?"

Vonton couldn`t believe it they`d found him he was dead! The plan had slightly unnerved him; just the thought of June like Romanov put his stomach in a knot. Over the past month or so, June had helped Vonton work through his issues and he was new person. No, he was an old person, his true self. More lighthearted and happy, but still a tad serious. His love for June had also blossomed, blossomed in more ways than one. As June transported them back to camp, and kissed him every care in the world was lost.

He didn`t care that he was now covered in blood, all he cared about was the beautiful woman he was lip locking with then she took a few steps back and brought up there old deal. Vonton gave a small smile as he lit a fire in the preset fire pit. She`d have her answer soon enough.

As the fire began to roar, crackle, and fill the air with the scent of smoke, he picked up his pack, his bag of gems, and a bag of gold. He tied the two bags to his belt, and kissed June on the cheek. “I`m going to head to the stream, bath, and clear my head ok!” Without waiting for, a replay he walked through the woods and down to the stream was he striped and cannonball into the stream. He had a great feeling bout to day, he knew he was going to burn and blister with his pale skin exposed to the sun like this but he didn`t care, not today.

He dove his head under the water, and brought it back up shaking the water out of his snow white hair. He had stopped putting the animal spit in it via June’s request. After a while the blood had ran off, so he walked back up to the bank and put some fresh clothes on. Instead of heading back to the camp, he walked up further through the woods. Due to Junes power, they didn`t need to camp near the town where they killed Ronmov, Vonton had convinced June to set up camp near the same town they had visited a few weeks ago. Vonton walked into town and popped his head into a local tavern. He went to the front counter, and asked for the time.

“1:40.” Said a large man, with an obvious hair piece, who seemed to be watching everything but yet nothing at all. “Fix me up some grub!” Vonton said throwing some coins on the counter; he had some time to kill.

As Vonton left to clean up, June waited for him to return. The blood began to dry as she tried to make herself comfortable with her situation. Would it be ok for her to try and check if he was still there? She imagined how Vonton might react if she just walked to the stream and he wasn't done yet. So June continued waiting as she tried to figure out a way to tell if he was done yet.

Eventually, she couldn't take it anymore. Without any real concern for his privecy, June grabbed her locket. Being very careful not to get any more blood on it, she looked through the stream only to find Vonton was gone. Another quick look and it felt like he was in the town but.... Why wouldn't he have come back? Romanov's dried blood felt more disturbing on her than ever before as her mind flashed to the bounty on their heads. Mostly from June occasionally stealing just enough gold to avoid eating Vonton's dreaded squirrel-meat dinner. What if he was going to leave for good now that he wasn't really needed?

Without realizing that Vonton had a similar idea, June quickly stripped and jumped into the stream to clean herself up. She would make herself look at nice as possible before trying to get him to stay with her.... If Vonton thought he could just get rid of her that easily, one way or another, he had another thing coming!

Vonton quickly, finished his meal of stew, throw the gold on the counter and made his way outside. He walked halfway across the town, with a kick in his step and even bought a bundle of white roses on the way. He soon found himself outside, a bland store front with a table out front, a large red awning, and blinds over the sales window. He threw open the door, and darted inside, shutting the door behind him. Inside it was a small jewelry store, there were a few displays but nothing too special, which Vonton sort of liked with the anti-magic, prejudice and the bounties on his head it was better this way. Though if anyone had ever truly came in they would find a little known secret that there custom jewelry was superb. As he walked to the stain oak sales counter a pudgy short man wearing bifocals came out of the back room and looked up at him. “Yes what do you want?” He said in a squeaky voice climbing up onto a stool.

“I’m here, to pick up my order!” He then put one of his gemstones on the table, and the man nodded and hopped down.

“We`ve been holding this for quite a while! ”The tiny man said as he rummaged in the back and came out with a bundle wrapped in brown paper.

“I`ve had, ehh business to intend to.” Vonton said, opening the package, looking at his order and stuffing it in his pocket, as he left he placed four more gemstones on the counter. He stepped outside and began to walk through town, wondering if he should pay a visit to a barber and get a haircut before tonight.

Without warning, June came out of nowhere looking her best. "Vonton!" She yelled, unsure of what else to do. Before he could react, the mirror mage had smacked him across the face.

"Don't ever do that again!" June exclaimed, clearly upset about what had happened. "I didn't know if you were still washing off, or if you were leaving, or even if someone had hurt you for being a mage again...." Reluctantly, she left out her feelings about being alone in the forest and covered in blood. His safety was more important. Thankfully, Vonton seemed to be safe and... a little happy about something?

That's when June snuck another kiss on him. "Just please... don't leave me alone like that again...."

June came out of nowhere, looking like the wonderful goddess she was, and smacked Vonton hard across the face, leaving red marks. She began to explain to him how worried she was that he`d ran off, and small smile crept across his face. She then snuck a kiss. It was small and short but to Vonton it felt like it lasted for hours, like fireworks had gone off in his brain. The kiss and her fear for his safety erased any doubt from Vontons mind that he was moving too fast. He had to do this; he had to do it NOW!

"Just please... don't leave me alone like that again...." June said as a small smile crept across his face.

"I wouldn`t dream of it." He handed her the flowers, got down on his knee and pulled the order, a white ivory box with markings like slashes on the outside. He opened the box to reveal sitting there on the red velvet padding was a beautiful slim, golden ring. What made this ring even more amazing was the jewel, Vonton had paid the man to break down his gemstones, and forge them into the jewel in the ring. The man had set the gemstone pieces, in a perfect order and color arrangement. The rainbow jewel sparkled reflectivity as the sun hit it, and light beamed off it. With his eyes staring intently up at June he asked the most important question of his life. "June Maywell, will you marry me!"

Taken back by the sudden question, June just stood there looking at the ring as it all sunk in. "Are you sure you want us to Spend our lives together? I- this is what you went to...." She spoke, but couldn't think straight. June blushed uncontrollably at the very thought.

Vonton just smiled and awaited her answer. "YES!" June shouted, "I would love to stay with you!" She jumped up and hugged him, almost knocking the ring out of his hand. "Where will we go? Who would marry two people so... you know..... “June stepped back and looked up at him with her yellow eyes. Even now, there were probably people getting unnerved.

"Don't worry, June. I have a few ideas. For now, we'l-" Vonton was interrupted by June suddenly kissing him again. Just those few words from Vonton were enough to put every fear she held aside. Everything was going to be alright, after all.

The Forbidden Art - Page 17 Empty
PostSubject: Re: The Forbidden Art   The Forbidden Art - Page 17 EmptyWed Jan 09, 2013 9:30 pm

Vexoz pushed forward as he heard the familiar sound of his opponent hitting the mat. The man slowly got back up. "Impressive," he remarked to the downed warrior, "but you need to work more on your footing." Usually, the mages were quick to learn but slow to pay attention. Teaching, in itself, was something that took a while for him to get a hold of. Especially after Vera left.... Vera leaving left an empty feeling in him. One that no ammount of training had filled yet.

"Hey," called a female voice, "you're that guy that somehow became a mage, right?"

The warrior turned around ready to say 'What of it?' but found himself unable to speak for the moment. The woman was practically naked, covered only by patches of pale blue fur over her more sensitive areas. Or, in normal terms, over her tits, crotch, and rear. The hair on her head was the same color and stopped partway down her neck. Vexoz had heard of Mana Spirits before, but to actually see one was a little supprising. Especially one that just walked around in her true form and nothing else. Unsure exactly what to do, Vexoz put his face guard on to hide any blushing.

"You're more muscular than I thought you'd be~" The Mana Spirit continued as she felt his arm.

Vexoz pulled his arm away from her grip as he tried to keep from directly look at her. Whatever force was out there trying to tempt him into giving up on Vera would have to do better than that! He focused his mind as far from the Mana Spirit as possible.

"Oh yeah, you're not used to seeing our kind, are you?" She then touched his face and gently lead him back to her. "It's OK, you can look. My name's Teaisha."

The warrior once again pulled away from her. "Are you sure you can't put something on?" He kept his mind on Vera, just in case Teaisha wanted to try something.

"Hey, I'm covered up!" She sounded pretty offended by him, but then started to turn around to show off how 'covered up' she was by the fur. "See?" Teaisha said in a supprisingly cheery tone. "It only recedes when I get, you know.... Lustfull~"

Oh gosh! Just remember Vera, Vexoz thought, she'll come back any day now. Then, the warrior walked off as Teaisha followed. He looked around and found a large towel used for wiping sweat off after a long day of training. As he tried to hand it to her, Teaisha just gave him a funny look and put her hands on her hips. But, eventually, she took it and wrapped it around her waist. After quite a bit more convencing, she finally put it around her cheast so it covered all of her modesty patches up.

"Better?" She asked, slightly scratching at the fabric. "I don't know how you wear this stuff, it's not nearly as confortable against my skin as spirit cloth."

Unfortunately, Vexoz never exactly thought he would ever need a spirit cloth towel to teach people how to use weapons. "Sorry, umm... Teaisha was it? That's the best we have right now." Finally, Vexoz looked straight at her. Still too attractive... just remember Vera. Don't lead her on. "What do you want anyways?"

"I actually came here just to see you. I was looking for someone who I could share a Spirit Pact with, kind-of like marrage, and I just figured...." Teaisha just raised her shoulders in an 'i dunno' gesture, "Might as well give you a shot."

The warrior just looked up at the sky. Come on, I can't just leave Vera like that. "Sorry, but I'm taken." Teaisha just looked at him, almost like she was expecting something else. "It won't work out. I'm trying to stay faithfull to Vera, and...."

The Mana Spirit just crossed her arms. "You don't know, do you? Vera's a lesbian, and she's left for good."

Her words almost hurt, but he knew they were true. After the incedent, people had started talking about her other sexual endevors.... But somehow Vexoz still didn't want to believe it. He could tell something was forming between them, that Vera was about to change. Well, last he saw her it seemed that way. Now, she was with Tellas and....

"SOOoooo? You want to try this or not?"

"I'm going to wait for Vera." Vexoz honestly told her. Althought, from her composure, it was clear that Teaisha wasn't used to mages rejecting her. "I could always try and find someone else for you...." Why didn't he leave with Vera when he had the chance?!

"Alright, how long do I have to wait for you." She said, almost as if it was some kind of challenge. Like how one would treat a new weapon to try and master, or a horse that refused to become tame.

And what if Vera never came back? Would he just be alone for the rest of his life? "You seem a little young..." Vexoz mentioned, trying to find any excuse he could.

"I'm 156 years old." She spouted, somewhat proud of the fact.

"There's no way I would survive that long." Vexoz expleined, "people like me only survive 100 years, max."

"When you make the spirit pact, you share your mana and life with the other. So you would live as long as I would~"

Crap! She was obviously used to people pulling that question out. Alright, think of anything that could be used as an excuse.... Something you and Vera did that she would never be able to match........ Suddenly, Vexoz had an idea. "I don't date anyone that can't keep up with me. In fact, Vera nearly killed me once. That way, no one can use them against me."

"I've had over 100 years of men being undeserving of me, and you want me to prove how usefull I am!?!?" Teaisha was clearly a little upset about it, but still seemed to treat it as a challenge.

"Well.... Yeah. I can't just go out with anyone who asks." Well, before Vera, that was partly true. Before Vera, it was more like him to go out with whoever was close and looked good.... But she was different. He didn't want to move on this time! "What if Falks or someone else in the resistance got thier hands on you?" Before Teaisha could say anything, Vexoz tossed her a padded fake sword and picked up a similar one for himself.

When he turned around, she had taken the towl off and thrown it aside. Her modesty patches seeming slightly smaller than before. "Are you really going to fight like that?" Vexoz asked, still trying to keep his mind on Vera.

"What can I say?" The Mana Spirit responded as she swing the fake sword a few times to get used to it. "I don't like being so restricted~" She winked as her flirty tone sunk in. Then while Vexoz was distracted, Teaisha just pointed down at his feet. While she was talking, she had cast a magic spell to freeze the warrior's feet to the ground!

Unable to move, Vexoz was forced to struggle to keep Teaisha's fake blade away as she swung it relentlessly! Each swing, fueled by her determination to win his respect. However, it was a situation Vexoz was specifically trained for. An enemy fueled by blind emotion without thought was a vulnerable one. In the heat of the moment, he knocked her padded blade aside. Then, before she could do anything else, Vexoz poked her in the shoulder with his own fake weapon and pushed her back.

"You're not a stranger to swordplay, but your form could use work."

"There's nothing wrong with my form!" Teaisha scoffed as she crossed her arms and turned her back to Vexoz. "If this was a real battle, I could've beat you easilly."

"And how's that?" The warrior responded as he tried to get his feet free.

"I would've been able to slip out of that attack with water magic and cut your arm off.... Only reason I didn't is because your filthy towels feel terrible!"

Vexoz just sighed at her excuse. If that's really what she believed.... He didn't expect that someone who was apparently a water mage would really mind being wet. Finally, he got one of his legs free.

"You know, I could just sign up for the class until I was strong enough for you."

Well, she did have really potent ice magic. And it would be a shame if she was killed in the next incasion or something.... "Alright," Vexoz responded, "but you have to at least wear something."

Teaisha gave him a funny look and awaited how he would try and justify it. "I know your covered, but you know.... No one else here walks around naked." He could just tell she wanted to say something, but kept it to herself until she was right next to him. "You should try it sometime. It just feels sooo good~"

Then she left for the day.

The Forbidden Art - Page 17 Empty
PostSubject: Re: The Forbidden Art   The Forbidden Art - Page 17 EmptyThu Jan 10, 2013 11:53 am

A little while away, a woman was sitting on the shoulders of a Draco Lupus. She was chattering away, as she did everyday, and the Dragon Wolf listened to her, as he did everyday. She was talking about how weird it was to be able to see a lot more without flying.

The past month enlightened the redhead to the fact she couldn't change the past. She could only accept what had happened to her and try her best to move on. She was returning in time for, what felt like, the final battle. There was a storm on the horizon, one that oozed power and mana. A lightning bolt cracked overhead, making Vera jump and nearly hit Tellas in the face with her knee. She exclaimed an apology and looked ahead. It felt like Asinoir had gotten stronger. Much stronger. Vera shivered a little and feared for the unlucky soul who would fight him.

The village loomed on the horizon. She saw patrols pacing back and forth and felt the barrier, a wind and electricity mixture, crack open as she approached.

Home.

She was too excited to stand still and wiggled her butt on Tellas' shoulders. As they approached, she started bouncing up and down. Tellas took the burden of her hyperness without complaint. She often wondered why he put up with her. She remembered the reason with a blush. His vow and his love for her bound him to her for the rest of their days.

If only a certain warrior would do the same...

With a shake of her head, she pushed her thoughts to the side. She was sure he had a good reason to stay behind. Maybe he made some leeway with convincing the council to avoid genocide? Vera let out an unladylike snort. As if.

They, rather, Tellas walked into the street. Vera smiled and waved at her various welcome-backers, her eyes scanning the road for a particular warrior. She spotted him from afar and let out an excited squeal. She jumped off Tellas' shoulders and pointed at Vexoz. After grabbing the Draco Lupus' hand, she took off and brought them both to where he was.

Without regarding her surroundings, she yelled out, "VEE-VEE!" And jumped onto his back, latching on in a vice grip. Through her smiling green eyes, she saw a woman with no clothes on, patches of fur covering her important bits.

Vera froze when she saw the deathly dagger-throwing stare the woman was giving her. Her own eyes narrowed into dangerous slits, looking between Vexoz and the newbie. She grabbed him a little tighter as her lips curled into a sneer, already sensing the jealous rage coming off the Mana Spirit in waves.

"Who is she?" She snarled.

Vexoz almost fell over as Vera grabbed ahold of him in her familiar grip.

"VEE-VEE!!!"

He didn't even remember how much he missed that nickname. But that was over a months ago, he had moved on since then.... That was when he heard Vera ask the question that he dreaded to answear.

"Who is she?" Vera snarled.

Vexoz looked over to see the Mana Spirit giving Vera the 'I don't like you' look that most women seemed to have stored away. Already, he could tell there was going to be some problems. In the last week, he had finally started looking at her seriously. Which was further than he ever got with Vera....

"Well this is-"

"Teaisha." The Mana Spirit interrupted him, "and you must be Vera." She said, unusually coldly.

He didn't want to humiliate her, so Vexoz subtly bumped her with his elbow to tell Teaisha to stop with the attitude. "She's a good friend from the weapon school I've been teaching." Before things got too awkward, he added, "I thought you'd never return, Vera!"

Vera's constantly running mind took no time to jump to conclusions. She huffed and, in a flash of immaturity, lowered Vexoz's faceplate a little too roughly. She floated off his back and landed gracefully, although her body was shaking from rage.

Vexoz's "excuse" was a sorry one. She interpreted it completely and totally wrong, as any scorned woman would.

"THAT is why you didn't come with me?" Vera asked, pointing at her, "She's got fur! Coming off her boobs! How is it attractive in any way to do someone who's half monkey?" She insulted, her mouth moving before her brain could tell her to stop.

"You could have told me!" Vera exclaimed, her hands moving flippantly, "You could have said, 'Sorry, Vera, I'm not coming with you cause I wanna FUCK a gorilla.' And I would have been perfectly fine with that!"

"Oh like you and Tellas!" Vexoz shouted back, not thinking. "Just look at him! He's not even remotely human, he's a dragon wolf! You've been out fucking a lizard dog!!!" BAM! Instant regret. Before the warrior could apologize, Teaisha jumped in to make matters worse.

"You've obviously never seen a monkey!" Vexoz wanted to stop her, but it was too late. She was already right in Vera's face. "Don't take that from her, she's not even into men. And apparently, she's also to horribly informed to know what a Mana Spirit is."

He tried to grab her arm to hold Teaisha back, but she used some kind of water magic to slip out of his grip before going back to insulting Vera. "I would think someone on the Council would have some common sense, but I guess that's why they kicked you out!"

"Enough, Teaisha!"

Tellas roared, "ENOUGH!" He then growled, "Vera left of her own accord. She was looking forward to returning here to you Vexoz and you treat her like this with a Mana Spirit?" he shook his head in disdain, "I thought you smarter than to treat Vera like this!"

Vera opened her mouth to deny the accusation of her relationship with Tellas but she didn't have a chance to speak. The Mana Spirit was in her face and insulting her right back. Every cell in Vera's body was screaming at her to punch Taeisha in the face but she put the urge on hold. For now.

"Seems like you did some pretty crappy research, ape. Tellas and I are not having sex and, like he said, I left the council because I wanted to," Vera's voice was low but she didn't back down, "Good try, though. You want a banana?"

Vexoz tried to stop Teaisha as she froze Vera's feet to the floor. He had to physically grab her with his entire arm to manage to pull her back, leaving a large wet spot on the front of his shirt where she tried to get away with her water magic.

"Of course your not into men!" Teaisha violently shouted, "keep your filthy banannas, do us all a favor, and shove them up your ass!" This was getting out of hand. She was never this bad around the training center....

The Mana Spirit kept squirming around trying to get away from him, all while spiewing profanity. "Vera!" He shouted, "you were gone, I thought for good. I didn't think you would ever come back."

"Teaisha!" He continued, as she tried to fight her way out of his grip. "Stop! Just, stop! Vera's a good friend of mine. You hurt her and I'll make sure you regret it!"

"Tellas!" He shouted as Teaisha desperately elbowed him in the gut. "I couldn't just leave the Chosen free to commit genocide just because it would be nice to spend time with Vera. Which it would have!" Vexoz could literally feel the dissapointment from the Mana Spirit. "I made a horrible mistake staying behind.... Now can we all calm the FUCK down!!!"

"All I see from you Vexoz, is betrayal encarnate in your arms. If you cared for her you would have come with her." Tellas said.

Vera heated the air around the ice around her feet, melting it. She stepped out and allowed the air to dry. She had a fire in her green eyes. Vexoz was yelling something but she didn't hear him. She found the woman trying to freeze her feet to the ground as an attack.

"That's a cheap trick," Vera said coldly, "Afraid I'll kick your ass?"

She "blinked" right in front of the Mana Spirit, her lips twisted into a conniving grin. A split second later, her fist was going towards the woman's face!
